⭐ I designed and built a fully custom website for Glimpse of Lanka, a Sri Lankan travel agency that offers private, tailor-made, and themed tours. The project required an immersive, template-free design that captures the essence of Sri Lanka and encourages visitors to inquiry about tours. I delivered the project within three months using Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

🌐 Key Features of the Website

🟢 Custom UI/UX Design - Created a unique design system without templates that includes a frosted-glass floating navigation bar, full-screen video hero banners, and striking cinematic photography.

🟢 Theme-Based Tour Pages - Developed pages for six distinct tour themes—Ceylon Legacy, Ocean Safari, Wild Safari, Intimate Escape, Buddhist Heritage, and Retirement Getaway—each featuring its own color scheme to establish a clear identity for each travel style.

🟢 Interactive 3D Carousel - Implemented a 3D carousel to showcase featured tours in a dynamic way.

🟢 Tour Detail Pages - Designed comprehensive tour detail pages that include tabs for Overview, Highlights, Day-by-Day Itinerary, Add-Ons, Exclusions, and FAQ, along with a route map and a list of destinations.

🟢 Tailor-Made Tour Request Flow - Developed a custom flow for travelers to submit their interests, travel dates, and budget to receive a personalized itinerary.

🟢 Photo Gallery - Created a photo gallery with 11 category filters (wildlife, heritage, beaches, food, and more).

🟢 Integrations - Included an automatically updated YouTube video feed, TripAdvisor reviews, Google Maps, and WhatsApp chat for easy communication.

🟢 Additional Features - Added a categorized travel blog, FAQ section, cookie consent, and a mobile-first, performance-optimized responsive design.

🏆 This project not only enhanced the online presence of Glimpse of Lanka but also provided an engaging platform for potential travelers to explore their options.
